Therefore, you must ensure at ALL times that you are following the rules and regulations of the company. Any breaches of the rules will result in strict discipline. In addition, it is essential to be noted that higher-level management, including CEO and Director, has the right to remove your employment status at any time with the legal right of not giving any notice.
Drugs Misuse Act
It is strictly prohibited to be under the influence of illegal narcotics when working for Winfield Estates. Additionally, the sale of drugs is also strictly forbidden and will be reported to Law Enforcement if you are caught.
Alcohol Intoxication
When performing company duties, it is strictly prohibited to be under the influence of any alcohol.
No Criminal Record Policy
Winfield Estates do not hire individuals who have a criminal record. If you get a criminal record as an employee of Winfield Estates then your contract will be terminated.
